Bottled drinks and beers +1/+10°C
There is no specified recommended temperature for bottled drinks and beers.

White Wines +4/+10°C
There is no specific temperature for the serving of white wine. The general recommendation is +4/+10°C.

Pre - chilled food +1/+4°C
For correct storage, produce including dairy products are recommended to be kept in temperatures ranging from +1/+4°C.

Fresh Meat -2/0°C
the preferred temperature for the storage of fresh meat products.

Fresh Fish -1/+1°C
The preferred storage temperature of fresh fish. Note that specific refrigerators must be used for fresh fish storage.

Blast chillers and freezers +70 to -3°C and +70 to -18°C
Standard temperatures are from 70 to -3°C in 90 minutes or 70 to -18°C in 240 minutes.

Frozen food -18/-22°C
All frozen products must be kept between -18/-22°C.
