Gastronorm dimensions conform to the European Standard EN631-1 and relate to the basic 1/1 full size module of 530mm x 325mm.
Measurements are always external, so that one can be certain that the containers or trays will fit whatever gastronorm unit they are put into.
Manufactured from 304 grade food safe stainless steel. stainless steel supports are also available to divide up gastronorm wells for different pan layouts.
